Pyrrolidinyl Diaminopyrimidine Oxide is a member of a group of chemical compounds known as diaminopyrimidines. Diaminopyrimidines have several biological and pharmaceutical applications, including antiviral, antibacterial, and anticancer properties. Pyrrolidinyl Diaminopyrimidine Oxide is a modified Diaminopyrimidines molecule that has been shown to have unique properties compared to other Diaminopyrimidines.

Pyrrolidinyl Diaminopyrimidine Oxide, is a water soluble alcohol-free hair growth promoter. It inhibits hair loss, strengthens hair roots and promotes hair growth by improving blood circulation to the skin surface and providing the hair roots with the nutrients and oxygen they need. By opening potassium ion channels, it transforms hair follicles from resting phase to anagen phase and can prolong the hair growth phase. It is also capable of increasing the proliferation of hair matrix cells, strengthening the hair, increasing volume and improving the anchorage of the hair root to the hair follicle.
